A scheduling manager needs to be able to establish a solid understanding of personalities and skills because she's the one who must make that first new client-to-cleaning tech/team match up. Listening to clients and reading their work orders, a scheduling manager teases out the key outcomes the client needs and then considers which tech or team delivers those outcomes best AND has an opening in their existing schedule. It's not easy, and sometimes requires some smooth talking to make both the client and the tech/team happy.
