When you call out on the day you're scheduled to work, your integrity is on the line. Don't make your clients question your integrity. Don't make your teammates questions your integrity. Don't make your supervisor/boss questions your integrity.


In this job, you risk losing commissions from lost clients and hours because you're seen as not reliable.

And for your next job, you risk a less-than-encouraging reference.

Whenever possible, request time off to make sure that everyone gets what they need - including you!
